3rd.: The Lord’s Prayer - Our Father

One of the most beloved prayers in the Bible, is the
one that Jesus taught his disciples,  'The Lord's Prayer'.

“Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever,
Amen.”

(Matthew 6:9-13)

When we pray, we can approach God, as if he were a good father.
For those who had good fathers, this is easy to understand.
For those who had lousy fathers, God promised,

“When my father and mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up.” (Ps. 27:10).

God will show those who had lousy fathers, what God originally intended for that relationship to be.
Getting back to this prayer example, In our prayers, put God first.
And let His desires be done on earth'.
