13th.: Psalm 57, Praise the Lord – At All Times

David rejoiced in seeing God work.
He expressed this with:

“Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens. Let thy glory be above all the earth.
My heart is fixed, O God; my heart is fixed. I will sing and give praise.
Awake up, my glory. Awake psaltery and harp. I will awake early.
I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people. I will sing unto thee among the nations.
For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds.
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens. Let thy glory be above all the earth.” (Ps. 57:5, 7-11).

Not only is David filled with joy, but David can also brag about God's abilities.

This wanting to talk about God may not have been just in the official, from-the-podium venues.
It can include David wanting to talk about God, in all settings, like over dinner.
The more we want to talk about God, and what He wants, shows to all - and to God,
how important God really is to us.
The more important God is to us, the more we will seek after His heart.
